Whether a fund-raiser event for 600 or a more intimate dinner for your family celebration, the St. Luke Ministry Center has a space to meet your needs. Our on-site chef and event planning team are ready to welcome you and your organization to St. Luke and meet all of your event planning needs.

The Ministry Center is available to members and non-members for their events.

What’s the capacity of the Ministry Center?
Our Large Dining room can accommodate a group of up to 600 people for dinner and 800 people theatre style.
Our Small dining room can accommodate 55 people for dinner and 70 people theater style.
Our Meeting room can accommodate a group of 40 people for dinner and 50 people theater style.
What services are available?
Full on-site catering available with a variety of buffet and plated menu options.
Room rental includes:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Set-up
- Clean-up
- Security for the duration of the event
- Staff to work your event
- An audio/visual technician for basic needs (Some AV equipment may be an additional cost)
What fees are involved?
The Large Dining Room rents for $1500.00.
The Small Dining Room rents for $500.00.
The Meeting Room rents for $250.00.
Are there any restrictions?
Friday and Saturday no less than 150 people
Weekday Evenings no less than 100 people
No events on Sundays
No outside catering is allowed
No alcohol allowed
Music must be appropriate and approved
